Staycation '10: Tokyo Disneyland

One of the must see places for when my mother-in-law came into town was Tokyo Disneyland.  Now, I realize that this isn't Japanese at all, but she has never been to Disney.  Since I'm a Disney fanatic, there was no way I could live with myself if I didn't take her (actually, I just wanted an excuse to go again! teehee!)  The Disneyland is set up like the Magic Kingdom in Florida (I've never been to the CA one), but a little smaller and didn't have that magic that Disney World seems to have.  Regardless, we had so much fun, especially since the hubs is super pushy and he made her ride every last big ride...and she's not a ride person!

Mike's car!

And Mike himself! In egg form :)  We went at Easter time, and there were awesome eggs all over the place

Alex "driving" all by herself for the first time! She was finally tall enough, and she seems to think she's ready for the real thing.  Riiiiight....

That looks about right

This was hilarious!!  I realize this is very hard to see, but here we are on Splash Mountain, with Lance Jr and my MIL parked up front. Lancey looks like he is seriously constipated, and my MIL is screaming "THAT'S IT, WE'RE GOING TO DIE!!", I'm in the next row looking rather...I dunno what I'm doing, lol, and then Alex and the hubs, along with random Japanese people, laughing hysterically at my MIL's proclamation.

"Watashi wa Buzz Lightyear des." "OOOOOOOOO!"

Awesome! LOL at the photos of your kids being monkeys, and of the Splash Mountain ride. I want to go back now! :O

Thanks, hehe! I'm such a Disney nut, I could go there everyday!
