Wonderful White Bread

I have found the perfect homemade sandwich bread!  So far, this is the best white bread I have made so far, and I am so excited to share this!  I found this recipe on the same bread machine site I have been stalking for months now - there are so many recipes that I haven't found a need to look at other sites just yet.  I made this bread late at night while the hubs and I were watching Dexter, and once it was cooling, I lied to him, telling him I needed a potty break, just so I could sneak into the kitchen and sneak a slice and slather it with butter.  MMM!! For some reason this bread turned out very huge and fluffy, and even though its the same "size" (1 1/2 pounds) that I normally bake, it was popping out of the bread machine and wouldn't even fit into the container I keep my bread.

This. Is. A. Must. Try.  Its loaves of bread like this one that inspires most people to go out and buy their very own bread machine.  Off to make another loaf now!

Wonderful White Bread
Yields 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf

1 1/8 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manual. Select the "Basic" or "White" cycle for a 1.5 pound loaf and press "Start".
