Caramelized Baked Chicken Wings

Here is one of those great recipes that taste great, requires minimal ingredients (which you probably already have on hand), and requires little prep.  I love those type of recipes!  Looking for something somewhat quick to do with some chicken wings we had on hand, I came across this recipe on Recipezaar.com.  These wings are so easy, just toss the wings (I used wings that could be baked frozen) in the mixture and bake!  Serve these alongside your favorite brand of Ranch dressing (Cardini's is our current favorite) and you can have dinner on the table quicker than it would take you to go out and get take out!

Caramelized Baked Chicken Wings
Serves 4

2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1 2/3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup honey
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper

1.  Preheat oven to 350˚.

2.  Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.

3.  Pour over the chicken.

4.  Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.

Note: Could also use chicken legs or pork ribs.
