Looking for something easy to make, I broke out my handy-dandy crock pot. And if that wasn't easy enough, dinner consisted of all of three ingredients. Just three! Well, technically you need a bit more to make the stuffing, but still, three ingredients! Not only that, it only takes about four hours to make, which is pretty quick for a crock pot meal. This pork chop, stuffing, and apple dinner (which was a WW find) was really great, assuming you don't mind your dinner being sweet. I loved every component of this - the critics in my house didn't like the stuffing though, but they aren't stuffing fans to begin with, so I wasn't surprised. My only suggestion is maybe if you'd like the stuffing to have a bit of a crustier top, I'd put the apples to the side and broil the pork chops and stuffing just for minute or two to give it a nice crunch. Other than that - you can't get any better or easier than this! Hope you enjoy!
