Hunan Flavored Drumsticks
5:38 AMFor dinner tonight we had another crock pot meal - it makes busy week nights a little easier to manage. I found this recipe on a WW board, so there's a clue that this dish isn't too bad for the figure (now all the cupcakes and cookies and brownies I've been making...that's another story!). I really liked these chicken legs - the flavor wasn't very exotic or fancy or anything like that, but it was a nice combination of flavors for these skinless legs. My chicken turned out dry, but I always blame my crock pot, it burns/dries food out all the time and its time for an upgrade. My husband helped himself to a second serving, and Thing Two didn't break out the ketchup to dip these in, so they seemed to like it as well. I'll be making these again!
