Crock Pot Sloppy Joes

Sloppy Joes! When was the last time you've had Sloppy Joes?? I think in the near decade my husband and I have been together, I made Sloppy Joes once...and I can promise you it wasn't from scratch. When I saw this recipe on Weight Watchers (I sound like a WW endorsement, don't I?) I actually smiled to myself, thinking this is a childhood classic that I had long forgotten about. I opted to use ground chicken - I can't find ground turkey here, so I grind my own chicken when I choose to lighten hamburger dishes. This dish takes minutes to assemble, and the results are amazing! I was so impressed with these, and so was Thing Two. The hubs loved it too, but had to remind me that the canned stuff was great too. I think I'll have to make the canned stuff just for him one day, and while I'm at it, give him some jarred alfredo sauce just to spite him. Give these a try, they are great!
