Triple Chocolate Stuffed French Toast

Wow, is that a mouth-watering mouthful or what? Triple chocolate? Needless to say, my kids thought I was the coolest mom giving this fun dish to them for brunch today, but this is definitely one of those things you only make once in a blue moon...unless you are trying to qualify for the Sumo tournaments. I have no idea where I got this recipe, I've had it for eons wanting to make it, but just never got around to it. It was very easy to make, as is most french toast, and its a great dish to make for a special treat (such as someone's fast approaching sixth birthday...). It tasted pretty good, but for me personally, the chocolate syrup was a bit overkill. The kids had no such problems with the syrup. I think a nice dusting of powdered sugar would be a nice accompaniment instead, but each to his own. Also, I think if you wanted to substitute a thin layer of Nutella instead of the cream cheese/chocolate bar filling you wouldn't be disappointed either. If there is a chocolate lover in your house, or kids that need a sugar rush (haha...), give this a try!

2. Spread cream cheese on a slice of bread. Put chocolate bar piece on bread, then place second bread slice on top. Dip bread in egg mixture and cook in a saute pan.
